Rico Tice is Minister of Evangelism at All Souls Church, Langham Place, in central London, England. Rico is the chief developer of Christianity Explored, and he is the author of several books, including Honest Evangelism: How to Talk about Jesus Even When It’s Tough.

Randy Newman is Senior Fellow for Evangelism and Apologetics at the C.S. Lewis Institute. He frequently speaks for Christianity Explored. He is author of several books, including Questioning Evangelism: Engaging People’s Hearts the Way Jesus Did; and his newest book Unlikely Converts.


What is Christianity Explored USA (CE)?

● a ministry that equips local churches to help people love, live, and tell the good news of Jesus. Our approach is expository evangelism, letting the Bible tell the gospel, and building relationships.
● a trusted resource from All Souls Church, Langham Place in Central London. Developed by Rico Tice and others under the ministry of the late Dr. John Stott.
● a video-based, small group evangelism and discipleship resource introducing people to Jesus, training believers in sharing their faith, and strengthening people’s love for the gospel.
● Our most popular series are: Christianity Explored, Discipleship Explored and Life Explored, as well as our children’s and youth resources.
● used by Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Prison Fellowship International.
● used in more than 125 countries and 60 languages. Headquartered in Greenville, SC. What Does the Conference on April 25th look like?
● What: annual evangelism conference that rotates to a different city each year. In 2020, it will be in Greenville. Theme: Building Bridges to the Gospel. Featuring main sessions, breakouts, TED-style talks, and panels.
● Who: Headline speakers are Rico Tice and Randy Newman (longtime evangelist with CRU, now with C.S. Lewis Institute, and author of the popular book Questioning Evangelism). Breakouts and TED-style talk leaders will include Greenville area pastors, teachers, and ministry leaders.
● When: Saturday, April 25, 2020 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
● Where: Heritage Bible Church, 2005 Old Spartanburg Rd, Greer, SC 29650
● How much: $25 early bird registration until February 15th


What Does the Supporter’s Evening on April 24th look like?

● Annual dinner to meet, inform, and honor both existing and potential financial supporters.
● During this dinner, supporters will have the opportunity to: o meet CE staff, board, and one of the founders (Rico Tice) o network with others involved in outreach, evangelism, and discipleship o understand the wider scope of the ministry and some strategic partnerships o hear encouraging stories of life transformation through the Gospel o learn about needs and opportunities, along with an opportunity to respond


What Is the Target Audience?

● For the supporter’s evening o Existing donors who want to hear Rico Tice and learn how their contributions are being used. o Potential new donors who either run a CE series or who want to equip more people to evangelize.
● For the one-day conference o Churches and individuals looking for proven outreach and evangelism tools and training. o Experienced users of Christianity Explored who want to use our series better.


What Are Our Needs?

● Partner churches to not only participate, but to help us promote and connect with other churches. ● Table champions for supporters evening who are willing to help fill a table with 8 people interested in hearing about opportunities to support and encourage evangelism.
